Binghamton, NY – Congressman Marc Molinaro today launched his second TV ad of the re-election campaign entitled 'Where I Stand."
In the ad, Marc touts his record in Congress of opposing a national abortion ban, opposing restrictions on mifepristone, and becoming the first Republican to back bills that provide federal protections for IVF and birth control.
