Upstate NY Law Enforcement Stands with Marc Molinaro

Binghamton, NY – Law enforcement from across New York’s 19th Congressional District today endorsed Congressman Marc Molinaro in his campaign for re-election.

Endorsements were announced from Broome County Sheriff Fred Akshar, Delaware County Sheriff Craig DuMond, Otsego County Sheriff Richard Devlin, Chenango County Sheriff Ernie Cutting, Rensselaer County Sheriff Kyle Bourgalt, Greene County Sheriff Pete Kusminsky, Sullivan County Sheriff Mike Schiff. Endorsements were also made by the Johnson City PBA, Ithaca PBA, Port Authority PBA, Police Officers Defense Coalition, NYS Law Enforcement Officers Union (Council 82), Port Authority Police Lt. Benevolent Association, Port Authority Police Detectives Endowment Association, New York State Union of Police Associations, and Police Conference of New York.

Congressman Marc Molinaro said, “Our men and women in uniform are up against dangerous policies like bail reform, defund the police, and open borders — all of which my opponent, DC Insider Josh Riley, will rubber stamp. These policies have let criminals, rapists, and even a Peruvian serial killer terrorize our community. I’m proud to support law enforcement, secure federal funding, and continue to fight back against those who want to keep these pro-criminal and open border policies in place.”
